After the AUI and the embolization of the right common iliac artery with an Amplatzer
plug, a left to right femoro-femoral bypass using ring-supported PTFE graft was performed
to revascularise the right leg.
Extra-anatomical bypass is always inferior to in-line revascularisation options, but in such
rare circumstances, this option has to use considered. Patient would need long term anti-
platelet therapy thereafter.
