The contrast CT showed large haematoma in the anterior abdominal wall, the upper thigh Groin Hematoma post EVAR
and retroperitoneum, but no active extravasation (on arterial and delayed phases). So the
patient was managed conservatively with fluid resuscitation alone.
PERCUTANEOUS EVAR with hemostasis with a closure device can be complicated with
a localized hematoma and bruising. This 75-year old man underwent a PEVAR and re-
turned with bruises over both groins. Examination did not reveal any pulsatile mass and
ultrasound confirmed no pseudoaneurysm. He was managed conservatively.
