Trauma: Brachial Artery






















































































              A swimmer was hit by the propeller of a speedboat.  He sustained multiple deep lacer-
              ations to his left upper arm with a cold left hand and no radial pulse. The patient was
              complaining of numbess of his forearm and hand and was unable to make a fist with
              the left hand. Clinically he a also had a suspected fracture at the proximal forearm
