An AngioSculpt Advanced scoring balloon (Biotronik, Berlin,
Germany) was then used. It has electropolished, helical scoring
element safely scores lesion circumferentially, and rectangular
edges provide a predictable dilatation resulting in low dissection
rates and minimal device slippage.
