A closer look at the groin shows chronic skin dimples secondary to
                 repeated injections. This is commonly seen in IV drug users.



                 We should suspect a ruptured pseudoaneurysm if a patient has
                 bleeding from these groin wounds.



                 Pseudoaneurym is formed because of accidental puncture to nearby
                 artery during injections, without proper haemostasis by compression.                          83
