Chronic Dissection
Left untreated, this may turn into a CHRONIC DISSECTION. The false lumen
is continuously perfused, and gradually becomes aneurysmal. This is the
CT scan of another 65 year old patient who had an acute Type B dissection
10 some years earlier.
