The Covera™ Vascular Covered Stent is a flexible, self-expanding endoprosthesis
comprised of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) encapsulating a nitinol

(nickel-titanium) stent framework. The inner lumen of the covered stent (blood

contacting surface) is carbon impregnated.

To deploy the stent, first is to

unlock the red safety lock, and

then to wind back the large

deployment wheel for initial and

slow deployment, followed by

winding the small deployment

wheel for faster deployment.
