Peripheral Cyanosis

An elderly man with congestive cardiac failure and ejection fraction of 20% presented
with shortness of breath and pedal edema to knees. He had blisters and ulcers in right leg

for more a few weeks. He was noted to have discoloration of toes by medical officers, and
prompted an urgent vascular consultation.
