OPEN THORACOABDOMINAL REPAIR is an ultra-major operation.
The thoracoabdominal aorta is replaced by a prosthetic graft and
the visceral vessels (CA,SMA, Renals) has to be reimplanted into
the graft. This operations carries significant mortality and morbidi-
4 ty, including bowel and renal ischemia, and paraplegia. 5
