CT scan showed a rim enhancing intramuscular tumor is noted at the medial aspect
of the right thigh, measuring 5.69 x 5.88 x 6.16cm. Circumferential encasement of Rt superficial
the proximal 1/3 of the right superficial artery noted at the anterior aspect of the femoral artery
tumor, causing moderate to severe stenosis (~70%). No definite bone erosion of
the femur is noted. Encasement of the right superficial femoral vein is also noted at
the lateral border of the tumour. Produnda femoris artery is patent. Superficial
femoral vein is patent
