Malignant SVC Obstruction

67-year old lady with advanced CA lung resulting in tracheal compression and SVC
A obstruction. A tracheal stent has already been placed. Malignant SVC obstruction
can present with significant head and neck swelling and airway compromise, and can
be fatal. SVC stenting is an acceptable and effecting way of palliation.
