Open repair using a thoraco-abdominal in-
cision and a prosthetic graft to the low tho-
racic aorta at the diaphragm. The CA/SMA
was reimplanted directly as a patch and an
interposition graft was used to bridge the
left renal artery. The right renal was sepa-
rately reimplanted lower down.
