Femoro-popliteal Bypass
                                                                                                                                       Angiogram showed calcified occlusion in proximal and mid-superficial

                                                                                                                                       femoral artery, with multiple collaterals from profunda femoris artery

             This patient on dialysis presented with two week’s history of progressively                                               reconstituting the above knee popliteal artery.
             worsening gangrenous changes in the right heel, associated with rest pain.
