ENDOSCOPIC APPROACH
Small tumours in the nasopharynx can be resected via the natural orifices.
Endoscopic approach involves the use of special instruments that are inserted via the nostril,
passing through the nasal cavity to reach the nasopharynx.
This allows the removal of the tumour in the nasopharynx without osteotomy and external
scars.
