With the help of an assistant surgeon, a “two-nostrils four-hands” technique can be employed.






                       One camera and three operating instruments can be inserted through the two nostrils, allowing

                       the resection of the tumour in the nasopharynx through the nasal cavity.







                       If necessary, the inferior turbinates can be removed in order to increase the working space of the

                       “corridor” in the nasal cavity.






                       The whole procedure is performed trans-nasally. There is no external wound on the face or the


                       palate.
