A quick intraoperative video showing the main endograft being deployed. The balloon
from the femoral vein occludes the IVC to reduce arterial pressure. The main body deliv-
ery system goes through the aortic valve on a stiff wire. After its release the innominate
and left common carotid sidebranches were separately inserted into two tunnels at the
top of the graft to reconstruct the branches to the brain. The left subclavian artery is usu-
ally revascularized by a prior left carotid-subclavian bypass (not in this case).
