EVAR LIMB OCCLUSIONS
EVAR Occlusion EVAR limb occlusion is uncommon, and often a result due to kinking of the graft from angulation
of the iliac arteries. Late occlusions can result due to disease or reduced flow.
This patient had a EVAR to both EIA (both IIA occluded) and experienced sequential occlusion of
both limbs of his EVAR. The contrast CT showed the aorta has contrast flow to the renals only
with no contrast in the entire body and limbs of the endograft. An axillo-bifemoral extra-ana-
tomical bypass was performed to relieve symptoms of lower limb claudication.
