OPERATIVE VIDEO: Open repair of pararenal AAA.

This 82-year old man has a large pararenal AAA of 8cm in diameter.
Note that there is no healthy “neck” below the SMA and also the
presence of an additional, lower left renal artery. The anatomical
details were previously presented in VOLUME 9 of Virtual Vascular.
OPEN Repair of this aneurysm was performed.
