This AAA has a diseased infrarenal “neck” which is
dilated and contained thrombus. It is not an ideal
Type I Endoleak landing zone for EVAR. Placement of an infrarenal
EVAR would have a high risk of proximal attachment
(Type Ia) endoleaks.
