Urgent CT scan showed a small AAA of 4cm diameter and a 4cm left com-
mon iliac aneurysm which had ruptured into the left retroperitoneal, re-
sulting in a large retroperitoneal hematoma (Arrow) with free leakage of
contrast.
A small iliac aneurysm rupturing is rare and the features were suggestive of
an infective process and a mycotic aneurysm.
