Initial assessment of this AAA showed unfavorable anatomical features
including a tortuous neck, short iliac arteries with a dilated LCIA to 24mm,

and calcified external iliac access arteries. This would be a very marginal
EVAR but in view of the size of the AAA, EVAR was still offered.
