IVC Thrombus
A 41-year old lady had recurrent CA Cervix with retroperitoneal lymph node spread. CT scan
showed an incidental tumor/thrombus in the infrarenal IVC (Arrow). She was entirely asympto-
matic at the time. Anticoagulation was not necessary, neither was an IVC filter.
