Ruptured AAA - EVAR
A 65-year-old gentleman complained of acute onset of abdominal pain
and dizziness. On arrival to Accident & Emergency Department, he was
conscious and alert. Physical examination showed tender abdominal with
a pulsatile abdominal mass. Blood pressure was 80/60mmHg, pulse was
120/min. He responded to fluid challenge and blood pressure became
110/70mmHg, pulse 100/min. An urgent contrast CT aortogram was
performed.
