This is an in-situ demonstration of how it works: the Futhrough is passed via a sheath
(e.g. Fustar sheath) through a 0.018 wire to the outside of the stentgraft. The balloon is
inflated in the artery to stabilise the Futhrough and the ensure the needle is central.
