SMA Aneurysms
This 59-year old patient was incidentally found to have multiple SMA saccular aneurysms arising
from the main trunk and several jenunal branches. One aneurysm had thrombosed, while the larg-
est aneurysm measured 4cm across. Open surgical repair was advised. It is a challenging condition
due to the need to reconstruct multiple jejunal branches to maintain bowel viability.
