A transfemoral venogram confirmed a tight short segment occlusion of the SVC
compressed by the tumor, and also bilateral subclavian vein occlusion from previous
radiotherapy. Both brachiocephalic veins were patent. Prominent collaterals also
drain into the azygos vein.
