Recurrent Leg Ulcers
This elderly patient has a chronic recurrent venous ulcer in both legs over many years. There
was a background of pigmentation and lipodermatosclerosis. Phusical examination includes
with a full arterial and venous examination, a venous duplex and ankle brachial pressure index
(ABPI).
