 Foot Gangrene  Clinical examination showed that the pus from the gangrenous 2 toe has tracked down
    to the sole and caused extensive gangrenous changes in the planter aspect of the foot.





 An elderly diabetic

 patient on haemodialysis
 presented with 3 weeks
 history of wet gangrene

 nd
 on the right 2 toe. He
 was septic with a raised
 white blood count and

 neutrophil leukocytosis.
