 A 89-year old lady with an incidental finding of a large, 8cm AAA on CT   A 69 year old man with a large, pulsatile abdominal mass.  The diagnosis of

 Treatment is a dilemma in a very old lady.  Endovascular repair would be a
 complex operation due to access limitations and the need to preserve the
 left renal with a fenestrated graft.


 As often, this patient refused all forms of intervention.  She is likely to die
 from rupture of the aneurysm.
