 This is a classical appearance of a mycotic pseudoaneurysm of the aorta.  His left kidney   DES WINTER DUBLIN IRELAND JIANMIN XU SHANGHAI CHINA
 is atrophic due to occlusion of the left renal artery.  Treatment is either by open repair of

 the paravisceral segment, or endovascular repair with a fenestrated graft, and life long   JANUARY 15
