A 63-year-old gentle has history of hypertension with poor drug compliance
complained of acute onset of chest and back pain for 1 hour. On arrival to A&E,
his blood pressure was 180/110mmHg, pulse was 90/min. An urgent contrast CT
aortogram was performed showing a Acute Type B dissection with a retrograde
Type A intramural haematoma. True lumen compressed
by false lumen
