Embolectomy with Fasciotomy





 A 95-year old man was admitted in the middle of the night with a few hours’ history of sudden

 onset of left calf pain and paresthesia.  Femoral and distal pulses were absent.  Signs of acute
 ischemia were evident.  The left foot is colder with cyanosis, especially on elevation.
