A 65 year old lady with a history of peritoneal malignancy was admitted for hypotension and ab-
dominal pain. A percutaneous right neck puncture under ultrasound guidance was performed for
a CVP line insertion. This is the CXR afterwards. She has a nasogastric tube and ECG monitors. Is
the central line in the correct position?
