          An elderly lady had an ischaemic ulcer and rest pain in the toes. Past medical
          history was significant for livedoid vasculopathy and vasculitic neuropathy, for

          which she was on sildenafil (a selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase-5, an
          enzyme that inactivates cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)), statin, and
          clopidogrel .






































































 KISSING STENTS is a widely used technique for the manage-
 ment of aortoiliac occlusive disease involving the aortic bifurcation or
 proximal common iliac arteries.  Stents were placed bilaterally and in con-
 tact with each other for additional support.
