very advanced dry gangrene
of the forefoot. Despite
revascularization the leg is Groin LN.mp4
probably not salvageable
due to the extensive tissue
loss.
Duplex ultrasound of the groin showing an incidental finding of a
groin lymph node. There are no flow signals in this mass.
