The manubrium (black box) is removed with the medial ends of bilateral clavicle
(C) and first two ribs (R1, R2) down to the sternal border (SB), behind which lies
the aortic arch.
Exposure after MR include brachiocephalic artery (BA) and vein (BV), common
carotid artery (CCA) and bilateral lung apices (L).
