left leg revealed mid- to
distal SFA and above knee
68 year old female presented with rest pain of the left leg popliteal artery totally
occluded.
Early formation of collateral
vessels can be seen
Operative treatment was a
percutaneous mechanical
thrombectomy via the Rotarex
system
On physical examination the left foot Arterial duplex of the left leg
was pale, cool to touch and had tissue revealed an occluded distal
loss on the 5 th toe. Popliteal, dorsalis superficial femoral artery with low
pedis and posterior tibial pulses were echogenicity plaque suspicious of
absent on the left. emboli
