Digital gangrene in an ICU patient after high inotropic requirements. This is likely caused
by digital vessel vasoconstriction.
Clinical examination revealed a good dorsalis pedis pulse. The foot was warm to

touch with intact motor and sensory function apart from the 1 toe.
The patient was managed conservatively
