The use of CO2 angiography near the paravisceral arteries may cause air lock in the
     coeliac axis and superficial mesenteric artery, therefore we elected to use 3mls

     intravenous contrast to delineate the aortic neck, and to identify the origin of the SMA
     (since both native kidneys were removed in this patient and therefore there was no
     concern about covering the origins of the native renal ateries.
