The AAA appeared to be extensive and extend all the way into the thorax. The par-
avisceral aorta is also very diseased (arrow shows the L renal artery). A simple EVAR
is unlikely to be feasible. A repeat CT of the thorax is needed for a full assessment,
but in view of this patient’s age and co-morbidities repair was not offered.
