This cut shows bilateral maxillary
sinuses are fluid filled (orange
arrows).

There is fracture of all three walls

of the left maxillary sinus, the
nasal bone and the left zygomatic
arch (white arrow).

This is the 3D reconstruction of
the skull. Additional fractures can

be seen (orange circles).
The endotracheal tube can be
seen coming out of his mouth.
All in all, it is a complex

craniofacial fracture which will
require input from Neurosurgery,
Plastic Surgery, ENT and

Ophthalmology.

While his aortic rupture was
treated, he ultimate died from his
other injuries.
