Diagnosis of acute right lower limb ischemia was made.

It is a clinical diagnosis. No imaging is required.

Should we perform revascularization on her leg?

We should only consider revascularization of a viable or threatened limb.
                                                                                                               55
Revascularization of a dead leg will only cause reperfusion syndrome.
