After successful revascularization to the best of our ability, we also performed debridement of
the left lateral foot and amputation of the left 4th and 5th toes, all non-viable tissues were ex-
cised to healthy bleeding tissues. He would also require appropriate antibiotics, good diabetic
control, dietician and renal review.
