Workup:

History:
Any prior radial artery puncture or inotrope use?
Any recent history of myocardial infarction or history suggestive of IE?

Physical Exam:
Cardiovascular: any signs of IE, any heart murmur?
Any irregularly irregular pulse?

Bilateral upper limb pulses: any absence, scar, aneurysm
