Infective Endocarditis
This gentleman was suffering from infected heart valve.
He was found to have bluish toes for 2 weeks.
Inspection showed dry gangrene of the distal phalanx of all five toes of the right foot.
In addition, an unblanchable rash was noted on the lower limbs. All the pulses were
palpable and strong.
