Emergency CT scan showed  Acute Type B aortic dissection, with entry tear in the distal
       arch  (red arrow).  There was rupture of the false lumen in the mid-thoracic region,
 A 50 years old patient presented with 1 days’ history of severe chest pain and lower   associated with left sided haemothorax (yellow arrow).

 back pain, associated with shortness of breath, fainting and dizziness. Chest
 radiograph showed a large left sided pleural effusion.
