        A TOURNIQUET placed just below the sapheno-femoral junction can be a good clinical sign
        to show control of the reflux at the junction in patients with varicose veins.  The video shows                      62 year old with recent wide local excision of malignant skin carcinoma with groin
        the rapid filling of the patient’s varicose veins (Greater saphenous system) upon release of                         lymph node dissection.  Day 2 post op had swelling of right lower limb up to thigh.
