TEVAR for Chronic Dissection
PREFACE
Preface
Chronic Type B dissection can re-
sult, like in this 48-year old patient,
in aneurysmal dilatation of the false
lumen (or dissecting thoracic aortic
aneurysm)
The primary tear, as usual, was just
distal to the left subclavian artery
origin.
The secondary, or reentry tear, was
just above the celiac axis origin. In
this patient, the paravisceral and
infrarenal aorta was not dissected.
