EVAR Complications
A 62-year-old gentleman presented to us with central abdominal pain and CT scan showed a 5.5cm
abdominal aortic aneurysm which was suitable with endovascular repair. A semi-urgent endovascu-
lar stent graft repair was performed and he was well and discharged. He had been followed up in
our Clinic for 9 years with regular plain X-ray and Duplex scan assessment showing no endoleak.
However, plain-X-ray in recent years showed gradual migration and dislodgement of the left iliac
limb as shown. Secondary intervention is mandatory.
