USG duplex was performed. Bilateral lower limb deep vein thrombosis was confirmed. There is
echogenic thrombus in common femoral veins (CFV), rendering them not compressible.

In fact, she had known history of recurrent bilateral lower limb DVT and pulmonary embolism
despite anticoagulation. Previous CT scan in 2021 showed right lower limb DVT as evidenced
by filling defect in right CFV.
